News from Dresden: The Student Videoconference Schedule
Here is the proposed schedule for student videoconferences as of 12 March:
Proposed schedule
10:00 - 11:00 Arrival - Standard Model presentation (MS or BM) Quick review to see if the student know what they should. I guess this would be more of questioning session than a "talk" I'm hoping this only takes until 1030 but may be later depending on how quickly we leave Anderson.
11:00 - 12:00 Data Analysis presentation (BM or MS) Break up into groups- Talking about branching ratios and strong coupling constant 12:00 - 1:00 Lunch I'd prefer we have a working lunch of some sort. Can we order pizzas?
12:30 - 3:00 student Data Analysis (Identify ~1000 events from LEP@CERN) I figure we'll do 20 or so together to attempt to be consistent. Includes time to organize data to determine branching ratios and strong coupling constant
3:00- 4:00 Tour?
4:00 - 4:30 prep for videoconference; report results 4:30 - 5:30 Videoconference on EVO 530-600 closing
